Join Siemens Gamesa as a Strategy Intern and immerse yourself in the dynamic world of renewable energy! You will collaborate with various teams on both global and regional projects, supporting the execution of internal initiatives within the Market & Competitors function. Imagine conducting corporate intelligence research that shapes our understanding of market trends and competitor strategies. You will contribute to insightful analyses and prepare executive-ready reports that translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Your innovative ideas will help develop new tools and processes, enhancing our data management and analytics capabilities.
How You'll Make an Impact
* Support the execution of internal projects focused on market evaluation, competitor intelligence, and strategic topics impacting Siemens Gamesa.
* Conduct corporate intelligence research, analyzing market outlooks, competitor positioning, and key performance indicators in the wind industry.
* Contribute to structured market and competitor analyses, tracking developments in Onshore and Offshore markets, product portfolios, and strategic moves of key OEMs.
* Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations, translating complex information into clear insights for internal stakeholders.
* Propose and develop new tools and dashboards for data management and analytics, emphasizing AI enablement and process improvements.
What You Bring
* You are pursuing a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* You possess a strong academic track record and an ambitious, proactive mindset, eager to learn and contribute.
* You have a passion for renewables and corporate strategy, understanding the role of technology in the energy transition.
* You are proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools is a plus.
* You are fluent in English and ideally available for around 20 hours per week or full-time.
