Your Tasks

As a S&CM Trainee within the Eucerin team, you will support the development and execution of strategies focused on the shopper, the customer, and in-store activation within the pharmacy channel. You will contribute to strengthening brand visibility and ensuring excellent execution across physical and digital points of sale, helping Eucerin deliver a superior shopper experience.

Key responsibilities:

* In-Store Execution - supporting POS material creation, campaign tracking, and adaptation of global visibility guidelines to the local market.
* Shopper Marketing - conducting competitive benchmarking, monitoring dermocosmetic trends, and preparing presentations and sales materials.
* Project Coordination & Internal Collaboration - coordinating with agencies and internal teams while producing performance reports and handling departmental administrative tasks.

Your Profile

This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, trade marketing, and the dermocosmetic/pharmacy sector, eager to learn by working closely with Marketing, Sales, and external agency partners.

Must have skills:
* Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Strong interest in dermocosmetics, beauty, healthcare, and the pharmacy retail environment.
* Analytical skills (knowledge of excel and business data programs will be highly valued).
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
* Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationship with colleagues & suppliers.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* You are in your final year of a bachelor's or master's degree, and you are available to sign an internship agreement with your university for a full-time (35-40 hrs/week), minimum 6-month contract.
