The company is located in Valencia and specialises in managing and marketing tourist apartments and hotels.
Specialities: Economics; Tourism; Hospitality Management.
Tasks:
- Cooperate with other departments in order to meet company's business goals
- Understanding and interpreting data
- Maintaining and updating customer databases
- Collect and analyse user feedback
- Assistance with stock control and inventory
- Maintain and develop customer relationships in person, by phone and through email
- Communicating a range of information on itineraries, destinations and cultural attractions.
- Work with corporative tools (CRM, e-mail, phone, social media)
- Serving the guests and customer services
Requirements:
- Customer service orientation
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and people skills
- Familiarity with office machines
Location: Valencia, Spain
Duration: 6 months
Working hours: 40 hours/week
Languages: English and Spanish
Financial compensation: 500.00EUR / month
