We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Intern to join our team ASAP and assist in providing unparalleled support to our valued customers. As a pivotal member of our startup, you'll engage with customers through various channels, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Your passion for the fashion industry, coupled with exceptional communication skills, will drive customer satisfaction and contribute to our brand's success.

Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and chat to provide assistance, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
* Order Management: Process orders, track shipments, and handle returns or exchanges efficiently, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely resolution.
* Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, staying updated on inventory, features, and promotions to provide informed assistance to customers.
* Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, seeking solutions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
* Feedback Management: Gather customer feedback and insights, relay them to relevant teams, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance the overall customer experience.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to relay customer insights and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Perfil

Must-Have Qualifications:

* Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
* Fluency in English and Spanish: Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages to cater to our diverse customer base.
* Customer-Centric Approach: A strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
* Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
* Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
* Passion for Fashion: A genuine interest in the fashion industry, with a keen eye for trends, styles, and brands.
* Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or related roles, preferably within the fashion industry
