Objectives of the Role:

As a Sales Operations Intern, your mission is to drive operational excellence and build data-driven insights to empower sales performance.

Operational Excellence
* Support the sales team in day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless processes, accurate reporting (Depletion, Top Markets Closing, T&E, Must-Win Battles), and timely follow-up on key deliverables.
* Contribute to high-impact sales projects, acting as interface between the sales team and the clients for data integration or specific action plans.

Sales Analytics & Insights
* Provide assistance to analyze market data to help evaluate category trends and brand performance across channels.
* Deliver clear, actionable monthly performance reports by channel and country, highlighting growth opportunities and distributor performance.
* Track and monitor key sales campaigns.
EURAM Team Enablement
* Provide support in organize and execute internal sales events and meetings (leadership sessions, team gatherings, townhalls, conventions), ensuring flawless logistics and impactful communication.
* Offer assistance coordinate external visits and business travel, managing logistics and hospitality to provide a polished, professional experience for customers and partners.

* Strong Organization skills : be able to prepare, present and follow-up Business plan with the partner

* Ability to leverage the multi-Cultural differences and similarities and engage people.
* You are fluent in English (C1)
* You are familiar with Spanish
