Mission To support and assist the Sales team in a professional and proactive manner. Tasks and responsibilities PROVIDE THE HIGHEST STANDARD OF SERVICE TO GUESTS. * Support at industry trade shows (pre-show marketing and post-show follow-up). * Manage customer databases and external communications. * Support administrative tasks for the sales department. * Gathering market and customer information. * Prepare all necessary documentation for contracts with sales representatives. * Securing and maintaining up-to-date databases. * Prepare all the necessary documentation to be part of consortiums and programs aimed at projecting the hotel nationally and internationally. * Participate in the process of creating newsletters to be sent monthly. * Follow-up of the sales agenda. * Actively collaborate with the hotel's sales actions. * Contacting potential local clients via email and newsletter to keep them up to date with the hotel's news. * Tripadvisor and El Tenedor account updates. * Agency 360 report analysis, commercial research, communication to our sales partners. * Prepare account report for sales manager. * Review results in Lanyon
