Recruiting Intern

You will support various administrative tasks and projects, including data management using the Applicant Tracking System, providing candidate support, coordinating recruiting events and interview logistics, and assisting with resume screening.

You will be based Chicago as part as part of our Talent Attraction (TA) team. This team supports the full-recruiting life cycle, from candidate attraction to offer, while working closely with TA team members and client service professionals (CSPs).

You will collaborate with Talent Attraction (TA) team members and CSPs, participate in relevant training sessions, and contribute to select team projects. Your work offers practical experience across elements of the full-recruiting life cycle, with opportunities to build professional relationships and enhance organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Your work will help our team attract and secure top talent, ensuring that we continue to build a strong and capable workforce

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
* Basic business knowledge 
* Ability to independently manage and complete tasks with minimal supervision 
* High level of maturity and professionalism 
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
* Flexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours as needed 
* Excellent customer service skills with a strong orientation towards collaboration in a team environment  
* 6-month availability with no more than 35 hours per week 
* As a part of our commitment to apprenticeship and community, consistent and predictable in-person/in-office working time is essential to this role
