Year-Round Finance-Intern, Accounts Payable

The Finance Intern, Accounts Payable position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in aiding internal personnel, external vendors, and cross-division customers to support their use of online systems. Correspondence may be directly related to payment status information and timely problem resolution for invoices associated with indirect purchases in our US, Canadian, and Jamaican operations.
Because this role involves access to confidential financial information, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Requirements
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must be pursuing an associate's or bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business related field at the time of internship.
* Must have the ability to work at least one (1) year, part-time (approximately 22 hours per week) during school year and over school breaks.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications
* Have at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power Point
* Rising Junior or Senior in college or university at the start of this internship program
