* Supplier Performance & Quality Management: Develop expertise in supplier performance and quality management, including KPI analysis and scorecard publication.
* Project Management Skills: Enhance your project management abilities by participating in key migration projects and PMO activities for RPAs.
* Data Management & Analysis: Improve your data management and analytical skills by working with supplier KPI databases and preparing shortage reports.
* Professional Communication: Strengthen your communication skills through direct interactions with suppliers and internal stakeholders, learning to navigate and resolve system challenges and training needs.

* Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Experience with data management and familiarity with databases.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
