Responsibilities and Impact:
* Support client relationships by helping prepare for client meetings, taking notes, tracking follow-ups, and assisting with day-to-day client communications.
* Assist with account research by monitoring client news, industry trends, and business priorities, then summarizing insights for the team.
* Help identify growth opportunities by organizing account data, supporting pipeline tracking, and contributing to prospecting and outreach preparation.
* Coordinate internally by partnering with sales, marketing, and product colleagues to ensure materials and updates are shared and client needs are routed to the right teams.
* Support reporting and metrics by helping compile basic account health updates (e.g., activity summaries, renewal timelines, usage/adoption signals where available).
* Learn commercial fundamentals by observing (or supporting) proposal and contract processes-such as organizing documents and tracking approval steps-without owning negotiations.

* Analytical curiosity-comfortable working with basic metrics and learning how teams use data to make decisions.
* Problem-solving mindset and willingness to ask questions and learn in complex situations.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (or recent graduate) in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Interest in client relationship management, sales/account management, and financial services/data & analytics (segment-dependent).
