Advanced Analytics Summer Intern 2026 - Stamford, CT

Our 10-week summer internship program provides an opportunity to gain new skills at an organization transforming the industry.  Interns support projects that deliver real impact and provide real value to our organization. As an intern, you can expect to participate in various professional development and networking activities throughout the summer.    
The anticipated summer internship start date is June 1, 2026.    
Your 'day to day':
As part of our Insights & Data Analytics team, you will gain hands-on experience and work alongside top leaders to make a meaningful impact.  The Advanced Analytics internship is designed to provide you with the opportunity to gain comprehensive professional and industry experience by partaking in various analytic projects. You can expect to liaise with colleagues cross-functionally.  
* Formulating and answering strategic questions using rigorous analytics while developing a clear, concise, and compelling story to influence management and gain buy-in
* Performing statistical and mathematical model development/validation/audit using Python, R, SAS, C++ and SQL or other programming languages and mathematical/statistical packages
* Utilizing knowledge of the business, customers, and products to synthesize results and form a story in thoughtful and impactful presentations to business partners to drive future strategies
* Identifying and developing the right set of metrics, analytics methodology, and reports/presentations to communicate actionable insights

Who we're looking for:
* Fluent in English
* Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) major or a relevant discipline including, Statistics, or Data Science, or related major during the 2025-2026 school year AND returning to the program after completion of the internship
* Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or R
* Experience working with databases and statistical analysis methods.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional preferred characteristics:
* Strong analytical and reasoning skills with high demonstrated intellectual curiosity
* Interest in developing analytical models leveraging machine learning and AI
* Ability to analyze large data sets and draw insights
* Comfortable working both autonomously and in groups
* Results and goal-oriented
* Ability to interact with senior stakeholders
* Strong collaboration skills

Hourly Salary: $29-$32/Hour
