Department Overview

IT Customer Services is responsible for Engineering, Warranty, ASBD, Parts Logistics and CAC systems.

Job Overview

The STAR Intern will learn how IT teams of this department support Engineering, Warranty, ASBD, CAC & MB Academy business areas and look for opportunities for innovation and automation.
* Implement Agile processes in service delivery model in CAC & MB Academy domains.

* Develop Weekly dashboards for each business domain.

* Collaborate with other IT teams and business to improve process efficiencies.

Responsibilities:
* Understands the overall concept of Mercedes-Benz, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.

* Rotates through our responsible areas of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.

* Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.

* Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.

* Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.

* Assists in creating performance reports.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications / Education:

To qualify for this internship opportunity, you must be a rising junior or rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program.

Preferred concentration of study:
* Information Technology
* Data Analytics
* Artificial Intelligence

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Basis understanding of Agile Methodologies

* Basic understanding of systems security and architecture

* Exposure to Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence

* Systems knowledge

Additional Information

During this 8.5-week summer internship, you will be required to work onsite 4 days a week at our Sandy Springs, GA headquarters.
