What You Will Do
As a Talent Brand Intern, you'll support the full cycle of our talent brand and campus recruitment initiatives. You'll collaborate with partners across Talent Brand, University Recruiting, HR, and hiring managers to understand the talent market, shape messaging, and engage candidates.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Identify and amplify stories that help our target candidates better understand what it's like to work at Lenovo
* Share intern stories through day-in-the life social media content
* Partner with our recruiting, university recruiting, HR, brand and communications stakeholders to develop strategy and targeted campaigns to communicate our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and culture
* Assist with the university recruitment process by supporting our talent brand strategy, candidate outreach, hiring efforts, and social media promotion
* Identify strategies to ensure Lenovo's outreach efforts resonate with candidates for our university programs
* Support candidate engagement strategies to help convert prospects to applicants, including event storytelling and coordination
* Create and maintain content for the team SharePoint site
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that will have a big impact on our team and Lenovo as a whole. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a wide variety of skills including branding, recruiting, program management, event planning, marketing, analytics, communication, and content creation.
Requirements
Who you are
* A current student enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree program
* 6+ months of marketing, public relations or recruiting/HR experience (can be from coursework, internships, or campus organizations)
* Demonstrated professional communication skills
* Content creation experience (video editing, content planning, social media recommendations)
Preferred Skills
* Social media, employment branding, or marketing skills
* Strong organization skills and attention to detail
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing priorities quickly
This role will follow Lenovo's hybrid guidelines of 3 days in office and 2 days remote. We expect this intern to join us in the office in Morrisville, NC, during the summer.
