Job Description

Experian Innovation Lab NA is Experian's R&D group focused on applying the latest technologies to solve high impact challenges. We partner with product teams across the company to research, prototype, and develop next-generation solutions powered by data, ML, and AI. As an intern, you will help develop demos, prototypes, and software components that incorporate modern AI technologies. You will report to the Principal Software Engineer and work on projects such as:
Responsibilities:
* Create AI augmented applications, conversational experiences, and UI features
* Build chatbots, agents, and interactive demos that showcase new AI capabilities
* Experiment with the latest LLM frameworks, information retrieval and model steering techniques
* Develop tools and automation scripts using Python
* Work with engineers and data scientists to translate ideas into functional prototypes
* Contribute to the design and architecture of AI-driven components
* Evaluate latest libraries and frameworks to accelerate AI development

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's program in CS, Computer Engineering, or related field of study
* Return to school in Fall 2026 to complete degree
* Comfortable writing programs in Python
* Interest in building applications that use AI/LLMs
* Curiosity about modern tools such as RAG pipelines, vector stores, and agent frameworks
* Familiarity with general software development concepts, data structures, and scripting
