Poste et missions : The Engineer will assist the site's efforts to implement good management practices and develop connections with Bostik and Arkema's Quality, Operations, and R&D resources in the Americas and Europe. In addition, the individual will identify and work on improvement projects designed to improve the reliability of operations at the Petersburg site. This engineer will learn how a blown line and film extrusion manufacturing site operates through a combination of formal company training, learning through observing others, and participation in the daily production activities of the Plant. By networking across Bostik and Arkema during their internship this individual will provide a variety of resources to draw from while developing and executing projects. Specific projects will include product development and commercialization of new products as well as cross functional teamwork with internal and external Company resources
