Job Description

Job Description
* Explore and understand Network engineering and architecture landscape across Bose Enterprise
* Gain exposure to firewall, VPN, and network-security controls
* Build analytical, communication, and presentation capabilities
* Understand network operations and change management
* Deliver tangible technical contributions aligned to infrastructure goals
* Learn organizational ITSM process (ServiceNow / equivalent)
* Review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and identify improvement areas
* Gain exposure to monitoring tools and alert configurations
* Define and deliver a focused project (e.g., firewall cleanup, monitoring dashboard, config automation)
* Present final project and experience summary to the Infra Engineering team

Education
* Pursuing undergraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or Cybersecurity

Qualifications
* Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols
* Familiarity with Cisco, Palo Alto, LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, Wireshark, or similar tools
* Must have previous internship experience
* Strong written communication and documentation skills

The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of Atlanta, Georgia is: $29.00-$37.25 per hour.The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
