In this role, you will support multidisciplinary teams working on environmental permitting, due diligence, impact assessments, and project delivery for clients across renewable energy, oil and gas, mining, power, and technology sectors. You'll strengthen ERM's ability to deliver high-quality consulting outcomes by contributing research, data analysis, technical writing, and operational support. Your contributions directly support:
* Client service excellence
* Safe and efficient project execution
* High-quality deliverables

* Continuous improvement across project tasks
You'll also help identify efficiencies, support project documentation, and uphold ERM's uncompromising commitment to health, safety, and environmental stewardship.

What You'll Bring

* Completion of at least 50% of your degree requirements.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with solid organizational and analytical capabilities.
* Ability to record and write detailed technical information; prior experience preparing technical data or reports is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, remain flexible, travel as needed, and work both independently and collaboratively.
* Commitment to maintaining quality, meeting deadlines, and supporting project delivery teams.
* This is a temporary internship, approximately 2 months in duration.

Preferred

* Previous experience in consulting or exposure to environmental or technical project work.
* Familiarity with data analysis, desktop research, and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with ERM Project Managers and Partners on permitting, due diligence, and impact assessment activities across multiple sectors.

* Assist with the development of proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials.
* Support multiple projects while maintaining accuracy, quality, and adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
* Contribute to ERM's thought leadership and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
* Uphold ERM's rigorous health, safety, and risk-management standards, including the responsibility and authority to stop work if safety or environmental risk is present.
