WE WELCOME
Passionate and enthusiastic students eager to gain firsthand experience and contribute to meaningful work at the intersection of sport, youth development, and social impact. While this internship is supported through Richemont, a global leader in luxury goods, this role will be embedded within Laureus USA, a nonprofit organization focused on using sport as a tool for social change. YOUR INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE
As an intern, you will be immersed in Laureus USA's Sport for Good NYC initiative, a coalition of over 70 organizations reaching more than 168,000 young people annually through sport-based youth development programs. You will support a range of activities including partnership activations, events, and coalition operations, while gaining exposure to how nonprofit organizations collaborate with corporate partners like Richemont to deliver impactful programming. Throughout the summer, you may also support initiatives that connect young people to career pathways, including opportunities within industries such as luxury, sport, and beyond.
Intern, Partnerships & Operations
ROLE OVERVIEW The Partnerships and Operations Intern, will primarily support Laureus USA's New York-based programming with a focus on partnership activations, event execution, and coalition operations. This role will help strengthen Laureus USA's Sport for Good NYC initiative, a citywide coalition of over 70 youth-serving organizations and will contribute to efforts that expand access to sport-based youth development opportunities.
The intern will work closely with the New York Program Officer to support planning and execution of events, maintain key partnership and coalition resources, and assist in the development of materials that strengthen program delivery and partner engagement. This role also includes assisting on cross organizational projects, such as building a centralized visual asset library to support communications, marketing, and storytelling efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support planning and execution of Sport for Good NYC events, including volunteer activations with Richemont, Town Halls, and partner engagements
* Assist in developing event materials such as run-of-show documents, participant coordination plans, and post-event summaries
* Provide on-site support for events, including participant coordination, check-in management, and general logistics
* Maintain and update coalition and partner trackers, including organizational profiles and key contact information
* Attend internal and external meetings and produce clear, action-oriented notes and follow-up items
* Assist in the development of partnership materials, including briefings, summaries, and internal documents
* Support coordination of career exploration and engagement opportunities with corporate partners, including Richemont
* Support additional cross-organizational projects as needed
YOUR PROFILE
* Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, pursuing a degree
* Technologically proficient with strong computer skills, including [List specific software/tools if applicable, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems].
* Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* An innovative and proactive thinker, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* A collaborative team player, eager to contribute, empower others, and achieve collective success.
* Highly energetic and enthusiastic about supporting diverse projects and initiatives.
* Available to commit to a full-time schedule throughout the entire duration of our Summer Internship Program from June 1st to August 7th.
* Legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note: International students must possess a current work visa; Richemont North America does not sponsor work visas for summer internships.
* Must be 18 years of age or older by the start of the program.
