Team Introduction: As part of Monetization Product, the SMB Product Growth team is positioned to help Small to Medium Business customers grow with TikTok through personalized, actionable, and effective guidance. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks beginning in 2026 . Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order your apply. The application limits is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Summer Start Dates: May 11th, 2026 May 18th, 2026 May 26th, 2026 June 8th, 2026 June 22nd, 2026 Responsibilities: - Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing TikTok4B partner programs across various locales - Analyze different partner program performance data (onboard rate, activation rate, partner segmentation performance) and provide insights to improve partner onboarding flow and activation behavior - Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, and analytics to ensure programs align with business goals - Conduct an analysis of successful partner cases to define the profiles of top performers; subsequently, collaborate with the Algo and Leads PM teams to source leads with similar high-potential profiles

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. - Strong interest in B2B marketing, affiliate marketing, performance media, and creative advertising - Familiarity with TikTok as a platform and a user, with curiosity about how businesses show up on TikTok - Analytical thinker with proficiency in Excel and SQL - Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills - A creative eye and a detail-oriented mindset - Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026.
