The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP's global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it's the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Sustainability, Partner Demand Generation, Marketing & Enablement
Location: New York, New York / Hybrid
Expected start date: July 2026
Contract duration: Minimum of 6 months
* Support the planning and execution of partner-led demand generation programs, including webinars, events, digital campaigns, and field activation initiatives.
* Create and adapt campaign assets such as presentation materials, invitation copy, follow-up communications, one-pagers, and internal enablement content.
* Help prepare partner-facing messaging and marketing materials that clearly communicate the value of SAP's sustainability solutions.
* Support partner enablement initiatives by helping create and maintain presentations, one-pagers, campaign assets, and internal guidance materials that equip partners and internal teams to activate SAP's sustainability solutions more effectively.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Partner Management, Marketing, Sales, and regional teams to support aligned campaign execution.
* Track campaign and engagement performance, organize data, and identify insights to improve future demand generation and enablement efforts.
* Support scalable marketing, activation, and enablement programs that strengthen SAP's partner ecosystem and contribute to business growth.
* Use AI tools and modern productivity tools to accelerate research, improve content development, support campaign planning, and enhance execution quality and efficiency.

This role is integral to how SAP engages strategic partners to extend market reach, increase customer awareness, improve partner readiness, and support meaningful business outcomes through coordinated marketing, demand generation, and enablement efforts.

Educational Requirements
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sustainability, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sustainability, or related field.
* Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor's, master's, or JD/PhD program.
Position Requirements
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create polished presentations, organize campaign activities, and analyze performance data.
* Proficiency with AI tools and the ability to apply them effectively to research, content development, campaign support, and workflow efficiency.
* Demonstrated business acumen and an interest in marketing, demand generation, partner enablement, and partner go-to-market models.
* Passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to impactful projects in this space.
* Ability to work 20-40 hours per week during the internship period, with availability to work in a hybrid environment based out of New York City.
* High level of Business English, both written and verbal, is required; additional languages are a plus.
Desired Skills / Experience to Be Successful in This Role
* Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills, including the ability to create compelling visual stories and track campaign or engagement trends.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in working across cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
* Interest in partner marketing, demand generation, and enablement, including content development, communications, and field activation.
* Confidence using AI tools to improve speed, quality, and consistency across marketing, demand generation, and enablement tasks.
* Prior experience or coursework in marketing, communications, demand generation, sustainability, or project management is a plus.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

The SAP iXp Intern - Sustainability, Partner Demand Generation, Marketing & Enablement will support the Partner Engagement team within SAP's Sustainability organization. This individual will focus on driving awareness, engagement, pipeline generation, and partner readiness by supporting partner marketing initiatives, demand generation activities, enablement programs, and go-to-market activation across priority programs.
This role will support the development and execution of partner-led marketing plays designed to increase visibility and accelerate demand for SAP's sustainability solutions. The intern will help coordinate webinars, events, digital campaigns, partner enablement activities, and partner-facing initiatives while working across internal teams such as Partner Management, Marketing, Sales, and regional stakeholders.
The SGU Partner Engagement team is a global, high-impact group focused on driving meaningful results through collaboration, innovation, and strong partner relationships. Based out of New York City, this role offers the opportunity to work across cultures and functions while contributing to scalable partner marketing, demand generation, and enablement programs that support SAP's sustainability growth ambitions.
