About the Role
Support Enterprise Architecture Governance activities

ASSIGNMENT/PROJECT DELIVERABLES:

Architecture Review Board - Support quality review (sanity check) of documents submitted by projects prior to presentation.
* Output: Quality Review (sanity check) of documents completed
* Nice to have: Automation of Quality Review of documents
Architecture Review Board - Support ARB review process (request to closure), from scheduling in Calendar (pre review, final review), to documenting action items
* Output: support action items logging in the review pages.
* Nice to have: Automation of notification and outstanding items (open action items) to reviewers
Architecture Governance - Support reporting of technical debt (Techdebt)
* Output: Tech debt Dashboard Improvement (Open, Closed, Ageing, Cost of Debt to be Repaid)
Architecture Documentation - Support improvements on existing architecture diagram/artifacts/records
* Output: Support template diagram improvements.
