This internship aims to provide students with practical exposure to loan remediation processes, legal documentation, and field operations. Interns will gain insights into the intersection of finance, law, and customer engagement.

Job Description:
* Familiarization with Loan Documents Understand the structure and content of business loan files.
* Learn key components of loan agreements, promissory notes, and collateral documents.
* Collation of Loan Documents Assist in organizing and preparing loan files for turnover to external law firms. Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.
* Review of Legal Drafts Review draft complaints and affidavits prepared by external law firms. Provide feedback or flag inconsistencies under supervision.
* Assist the team in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives.
* Participate in documentation, research, and brainstorming sessions to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
* Major in Legal Management
* Available by January for internship
