The Platform Campaign Operations team drives the execution of large-scale, high-impact campaigns that shape how users shop on the platform. We are responsible for translating campaign strategy into flawless in-app execution, from asset deployment to cross-functional coordination and performance tracking. Working closely with Marketing, Design, Commercial, and Tech teams, we ensure campaigns are launched on time, error-free, and optimized for the Philippine market. Our work directly impacts platform growth, user engagement, and overall shopping experience. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end campaign operations within a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The intern will gain practical experience in managing in-app campaign assets (e.g., TikTok Shop decorative resources), coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and executing high-visibility mega campaigns that directly impact business performance. You will develop strong project management and timeline management skills by handling real deliverables with strict deadlines. The role also provides exposure to campaign data tracking and performance analysis using Excel, strengthening both operational and analytical capabilities. By the end of the internship, you will have built a strong foundation in campaign execution, stakeholder management, and platform operations within a high-growth digital commerce setting. Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end setup and delivery of in-app campaign assets (e.g., eCommerce decorative banners), ensuring accuracy and on-time execution - Proactively manage campaign timelines and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Design, Quality Control, Product) to ensure deliverables are met - Support project management of Mega Campaign initiatives, tracking milestones and driving follow-ups to prevent delays - Assist in data tracking, reporting, and post-campaign analysis using MS Excel
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in business or a related discipline. - Available to work at least 3 days per week in-office - Strong project management and timeline management skills; able to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously - Excellent attention to detail and high accountability for error-free execution - Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with multiple stakeholders - Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables); familiarity with Canva/Figma is a plus - Analytical thinker; comfortable working with data Preferred Qualifications - Able to commit to a full-time internship would be preferred. - Demonstrates a strong eagerness to learn, with a proactive, hardworking, and self-motivated mindset. - Highly collaborative, adaptable, and open to change, with a positive attitude toward new challenges.
