Job Description

You join the IT & Ops Business Manager team who is looking for a Junior project manager, for an internship of 6 months from July 2026.
The team leads some projects of the IT strategic plan of Natixis Corporate and Investment Banking (1,900 people worldwide), including strategic projects aimed at anchoring a delivery and testing culture and improving related practices.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in project management, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and international interlocutors. This immersion will allow you to understand the delivery mechanisms of complex IT projects, learn how to prioritize actions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Perform the progress status and alert on project attention/risk points
* Measure / track project key indicators
* Prepare the steering instances
* Contribute to the development of project deliverables
* Federate teams, conduct change support actions
