Internship - Finance Transformation Team Intern - July 2026

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This internship will take place in Rueil Malmaison (92), at our headquarters starting from July 2026. Sarah, BI Impulse Run Lead in the team BI IMPULSE will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:
* 40% Participate in the activities performed for a large Finance Transformation program. You will contribute to the Go Live preparation activities: Go No Documentation, test execution, follow up of incidents raised and feedback collection from end users.
* 20% Support end users Finance Controllers in their daily usage of the new application. You will take part in support and training activities in order to help end users to make the most of the new tool. You will also be able to identify the main issues encountered by end users and suggest any improvements needed.
* 15% Define and implement the communication plan regarding the project.
You will contribute to the definition of any initiatives (presentations, videos, newsletters etc.) which aim at sharing about the latest project updates, achievements and next steps.
* 15% Participate the Knowledge Management Plan for the live applications - Defining and implementing the target Documentation : Training, User guides, Business Requirements documentation
* 10% Integrate AI within the current scope and the team current ways of working. You will participate in the definition of relevant use cases to deploy for the scope of our project in order to increase efficiency.

* INTERNSHIP : Compensation from EUR1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to EUR1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.

For this position, we are looking for someone:
* Available from July 2026 for a duration of 6 months
* At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school
* Organized, Proactive, Autonomous, Adaptability
* Good understanding of Finance Processes (From Accounting to Controlling) and related applications and tools
