Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS
You join our IT team GMR Trade & Sensitivity Repository within the Global Financial Services department, which is looking for a IT Developer, for an internship of 6 months from June 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Understand the positioning of the application in Natixis' information system and its functionalities;
* Study the monitoring needs of the various teams (Risk Department, support team in Lisbon, project teams in Paris);
* Study similar tools already used at Natixis;
* Study the feasibility of certain data visualization solutions in order to choose the most appropriate one (power BI, Kibana, angular website);
* Design the monitoring screens that will need to be implemented and have them validated by the stakeholders.

Our application integrates and calculates the sensitivities of all Natixis operations every day. This is an application written in Scala, Spark, Java and deployed on a Hadoop cluster. Your goal will be to improve the monitoring of daily treatments, and to alert in case of delays, thanks to changes or the implementation of new features.
Technical stack: HBase, Spark, Hadoop, Scala, kafka, elastic search, kibana, Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
