Description du poste

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Intern Producer to join our team. This role is at the heart of Talome's daily operations. From managing deliveries and travel logistics to coordinating fittings and returns for events and shoots.
You'll collaborate closely with the Talent Manager and Publicist, supporting our talents' schedules and wardrobe logistics with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage all office logistics, including receiving, sending, and organising packages.
* Track deliveries and returns of dressing/looks for photoshoots and appearances.
* Coordinate travel logistics - flights, drivers, hotels - ensuring smooth itineraries for talents.
* Prepare and maintain travel and event schedules, keeping the team updated at all times.
* Keep detailed records of shipments, returns, and tracking numbers in shared databases.
* Anticipate logistical needs and proactively solve issues before they become problems.
