Description du poste
1. Partner Boutique Logistics Support
* Monitor and help improve dispatch speed and order accuracy from partner boutiques.
* Track delayed orders and shipments, and maintain proactive communication with boutique partners.
* Assist in coordinating replacement shipments when required.
* Support customer care team through structured follow-ups and escalation tracking.
2. Outbound Client Order Fulfillment
* Assist with daily order fulfillment, prioritizing shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.
* Support packing, shipment preparation, and dispatch coordination.
* Monitor parcel tracking status and help resolve delivery failures, customs or carrier holds, client-specific shipping requests
* Prepare shipping labels, commercial invoices, and trade documentation (including commercial invoices).
* Support logistics compliance by generating commercial invoices and export documents accurately for international delivery.
3. Inbound Client Returns & Reverse Logistics
* Support reverse logistics flows:
* Coordinate return shipments and credit note tracking with partner boutiques.
* Maintain and update return trackers, reports, and internal databases.
* Analyze return reasons and patterns, and contribute to improving reverse logistics efficiency and data accuracy.
4. Logistic administration
* Follow up on logistic flows and assist in resolving logistics blockers
* Contribute to logistics process optimization projects, and suggest improvements in:
* Support general administrative logistics and operations tasks
* Support logistic setups for new market launches (local requirements, tax and duty drawback processes)
Profil recherché
You have a strong interest in logistics, e-commerce operations, and international delivery compliance.
You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You are comfortable with structure, tracking tools, spreadsheets and document coordination.
You have good communication skills to collaborate with boutiques and carriers.
You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English; French is a plus
You enjoy working in a fast-growing start-up environment.
