YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
This internship will take place in Paris, at our Lafayette Headquarters starting from September 2026. Guillermo, Academy Manager, in the Global Marketing Transformation Team, will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role.
The mission:
* Create inspiring and engaging content for The Marketing Collective, our internal platform that engages all 2000+ Danone marketers (copywriting, pictograms and videos) around themes such as marketing excellence, creative effectiveness, etc. (20%)
* Monitor and curate internal best practices (from Danone brands across the world) and external best practices (best campaigns, product launches, industry trends) to identify relevant content (20%)
* Organize monthly live webinars with internal or external experts to inspire teams on our key marketing themes (20%)
* Contribute to the deployment of the Danone Marketing Academy, our internal program for upskilling marketeers across all brands, countries, categories and levels (40%)
THE BENEFITS OF THIS INTERNSHIP:
* Up to 2 days/week of remote work
* Full reimbursement of Navigo pass
* "Vendredi je grandis" program: development every Friday afternoon covering career, soft skills, and hard skills.
* INTERNSHIP : Compensation from EUR1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to EUR1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.
* Benefits: company restaurant, gym, bike parking
* Available from September 2026 for a duration of 6 months
* Student at Bac+4/5 level in a business school, communication school (e.g., Efap), or university with a specialization in Marketing or Communication
* Skills in video editing and visual creation with software such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva
* Competence in the use of language-model–powered AI assistants
* Desired attitudes: creative, action-oriented mindset, curiosity and interest in marketing, autonomous and well-organized
* Enjoys working closely with business teams and interacting with different departments (within and beyond Marketing)
* Language: fluent in English
