YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE
This internship will take place in Paris, at our headquarters located in the 9th arrondissement (La Fayette), starting in January 2027.
Julie SIAU, Executive Talent Senior Manager within the Global HR team, will support your growth and development throughout your internship. Your responsibilities will include:
* Contributing to the Executive Talent cycle, including talent scouting, recruitment, job postings, internal mobility, and related activities.
* Supporting the development of future executives by assisting in the preparation and coordination of leadership programs.
* Assisting with Executive Talent and Performance processes, including Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Performance Calibration.
* Ensuring data quality in collaboration with the Talent Analyst by monitoring hires, departures, promotions, diversity metrics, and other talent-related data.
* Supporting executives on a daily basis through activities such as individual and collective onboarding, development initiatives, and learning programs.
WHAT MAKES THIS INTERNSHIP UNIQUE
* Up to 2 days of remote working per week.
* Full reimbursement of your Navigo Pass or TCL public transportation subscription.
* Access to the "Friday I Grow" program, a dedicated learning and development initiative offered every Friday afternoon, covering career development, soft skills, and hard skills.
* Internship compensation ranging from EUR1,300 gross/month (Master's Year 1 / gap year students) to EUR1,500 gross/month (Master's Year 2 students).
* Site benefits including an on-site cafeteria and bike parking facilities.
* Available from January 2027 for a 6-month internship.
* Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 1 or Master 2) at a university, business school, or engineering school.
* Previous professional experience is a plus.
* Autonomous, proactive, and a strong team player.
* Detail-oriented and highly organized.
* Equipped with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
* Curious by nature, particularly about Danone products and brands.
* Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an open-minded and versatile approach.
* Fluent in English.
