As part of the Export Europe Department, in a context of business growth and transformation at Guerlain, you will play an active role in the commercial coordination of our sales distributors and in the analysis of figures for our region.
In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Point of contact for the 25 export countries for all aspects of market performance reporting
* Coordination of different topics with different internal teams : marketing, training, e-retail, merchandising and finance
* Responsible for consolidation and analysis of all data and figures of the region (sell in, sell out, distribution, BP, …)
* Support for the Area Managers and the Project Manager KAM on the commercial side: day-to-day operational management, monitoring and coordination of various projects, challenges, updating of business plans, regional consolidations, etc.
* Lead, with the Area Managers, the feedback budget presentations to the export countries (sales objectives, marketing, various projects, etc.)
* Support the Project Manager KAM on raising the brand on the digital side in export countries
* Occasional analyses for commercial decisions: A&P budget, launches, assortment, etc.
Profil recherché
4th or 5th year business school student
Your sense of rigor means that you know how to manage figures in order to use them in our sales arguments
Enthusiastic and inquisitive by nature, you are recognized for your teamwork skills, your caring attitude, your humility, your good interpersonal skills and your ability to adapt
You have a good command of Excel
You speak English and have a good command of French
This contractual internship is available from january 2026, for a period of 6 months.
