YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This contract will take place in Paris, at our head office starting from July 2026 for a fixed period of 6 months.

Support the global Channels Excellence agenda by animating our communities (build newsletters & animate online communities), driving editorial content (share best practices & latest updates, contribute to booklets & toolkits, etc.) and supporting RoutetoMarket and Execution Excellence (roll-out of global programs and ad hoc projects). Leverage AI to accelerate content curation, insights generation, and workflow automation. 

1) Animate our communities:

* Own the monthly newsletter: develop the editorial plan, propose themes aligned with the existing template, and collaborate with the RTM Director and Ops Network Director to finalize content and publication. Ensure timely release within the RTM Community ENGAGE group. 

* Support animation of communities: capture takeaways and publish actionable summaries & playbooks.

2) Drive editorial content:

* Build and maintain a "best practice library" (SharePoint/Teams/Engage) with tagged assets (toolkits, case studies, planograms, RTM wins) for fast reuse by markets.  

* Contribute to global channel toolkits development and to CBU deployment packs.

3) Support RoutetoMarket & Execution excellence programs:

* Support ad-hoc RTM projects (e.g., booklets, tools, toolkits) as assigned by the RTM Director. 

* Maintain up-to-date content and links to the RTM & DM tools library. 

* Support the deployment of the Danone way of Execution. Help orchestrate the roll-out by coordinating activities between global and local teams, organizing deployment workshops, and ensuring alignment on key milestones and deliverables. 

* Support ad hoc projects
PLUS POINTS OF THIS JOB:
* Compensation : M1/gap internship at 1300EUR/month, M2/end of study at 1500EUR/month.
* Flexibility of work and workplaces, such as weekly homeworking. To be adapted according to the team.
* Skills development for all, thanks to our Danone Academy France and through a year-round managerial conversation cycle.
* The possibility to use up to 3 days a year of volunteering through the platform "Vendredi".
* Parenting policy benefits, such as extended Parental Leave (14 additional maternity/paternity days covered), or the ability to convert some earnings into time off.

To achieve great things together, we are looking for someone:

* Mindset: Curious, proactive and collaborative. Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment. 

* Experience: Previous internship(s) in FMCG or pharma is preferred or first experience in consulting, ideally with international experience (study abroad, international teams, or global company context).

* Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential; other languages are a plus.

* Skills: Strong communication and editorial writing skills; proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with SharePoint. Interest or experience in GenAI (prompting, summarization, content drafting) is highly valued.
