Overview

Manufacturing is a function where high-quality and demanding products are produced continuously, where the modern production lines are implemented and a friendly and motivated team works.
Responsibilities

PepsiCo GO Intern will actively support in:
* Implementing various initiatives to improve production processes at the dairy manufacturing plant.
* Analyzing results and losses, preparing proposals for improvement.
* Implementation of production development projects.
* Working with teams responsible for product output.
* Deepening knowledge of the company's production processes and standards.
Qualifications

* Fresh graduates or final-year students with concentration in operations, supply chain management, technology or related field
* Knowledge of English language at B2+ level
* Basic understanding of dairy production technology and its stages
* Readiness to work full-time from September 2026
