Internship Position | Guest Relations Agent
Department: Rooms Division
Location: Greece (Halkidiki, Corfu, Kos or Crete island) & Spain (Marbella & Mallorca)
Duration: 3 - 6 months (between March - November)
Your Main Responsibilities:
· Welcome and greet all arriving and in-house guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
· Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries regarding their stay.
· Review arrival and departure lists, including VIP guest details, to ensure smooth service.
· Respond promptly to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
· Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offers to enhance the guest experience.
· Address guest complaints or issues efficiently and escalate to the Guest Relations Manager when necessary
