Are you ready to dive into the world of innovation, creativity, and product magic? Rituals is on the lookout for a passionate and proactive intern to join our Innovation team at our Amsterdam HQ for 6 months starting September 2026.

Our team is responsible for bringing hundreds of new products to life each year, while continuously upgrading our existing portfolio with cutting-edge technology and sustainable concepts. From dreamy fragrances to luxurious textures, we make sure every product tells a story. This is your opportunity to have a sneak peek behind the scenes!
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be part of two dynamic teams:
✨ NPD Operations Team
Think of this team as the glue that holds the innovation process together. We're the connectors between creative minds and operational excellence-ensuring everything flows smoothly from idea to shelf.
✨ Body & Beauty Category Team
Here's where the magic happens-from concept to launch. You'll get a front-row seat to how fragrances, formulations, and designs come to life, and learn all about the processes and people that make it happen.

Qualifications:

* You're a HBO/WO student with a passion for Innovation, Design, Marketing, or anything that sparks creativity
* Hands-on, proactive, and structured in your approach
* Detail-oriented and accurate
* Entrepreneurial spirit with a creative twist
* Great communicator and relationship builder
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Skilled in PowerPoint, Outlook, Excell and ideally Adobe tools
* Bonus points if you love fragrance, cosmetics, and product design!
* Available from September 2026 for 6 months, 32-40 hours per week
