Tesla is seeking a highly organized and motivated Cost Reduction Specialist Intern to support our global Charging team. This role is administrative and plays a key part in ensuring compliance with incentives programs and the successful execution of utility rate optimization initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and tracking documentation and coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Additional responsibilities include preparing data-driven communications for utility providers, monitoring follow-ups, validating billing changes, and supporting process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. While the role is based in Amsterdam, it includes support to both EMEA and NAM team members.

What You'll Do

* Coordinate implementation of optimized utility rate plans by engaging with utility account managers and internal teams
* Oversee documentation and compliance reviews to ensure accuracy and alignment with incentive programs' requirements
* Track and report progress on requests and documentation status to key stakeholders

What You'll Bring

* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Energy, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or related fields
* Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to review and validate complex documentation
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with experience maintaining trackers or logs for project or task management
* Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, particularly in professional or stakeholder-facing contexts
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple ongoing tasks
* Interest in energy systems, infrastructure projects, or utility regulation is a strong advantage
* Passion for Tesla's mission and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
