Tesla is looking to hire an enthusiastic Data Science Intern to join our Data Science Team, part of the centralized EMEA Business Analytics Team. As a Data Science Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the development of advanced analytical solutions and data-driven products for Tesla's Sales, Services & Delivery teams. This role is critical for supporting our data strategy and data-driven decision making across the organization.

What You'll Do

* Assist in developing end-to-end advanced analytics solutions that support business objectives e.g. machine learning, generative AI, causal inference and statistical modelling.
* Perform advanced data analysis, modeling, visualization, and statistical techniques to gain actionable insights.
* Collaborate with BI, IT, and data engineers to support the deployment and maintenance of data solutions.
* Effectively communicate data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

* Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Academic or project experience in data science, with a track record of successfully delivering data science projects.
* Strong and effective communication skills.
* Highly collaborative and team-oriented.
* Enthusiasm for business, with a keen interest in understanding and solving problems.
* Strong proficiency in SQL, programming languages (Python, R, etc.), and data science libraries, as well as knowledge of machine learning techniques, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
