What To Expect

Working Hours: Full-Time (40 hours p/w)

Tesla EMEA Service Internal Import team is responsible for parts managing the parts supply chain across regions (from NA and APAC towards EMEA). You will be mainly focusing on channel planning process and automation: supply planning, coordination with our supplier located in different time zone and internal logistics, solve day to day supply chain escalations but most importantly build business intelligence through analytics and process automation.

What You'll Do

* Assist the team in maintaining and improving supply requirements base via MRP & ensuring our systems work in good coordination to ensure a consistent and reliable supply chain
* Gain expertise in building and maintaining operational partnerships across regions
* Act as the primary interface with suppliers on delivery status, issues and resolution
* Escalate to commercial or technical partners when required (buyer, accounts payable, quality, engineering, etc)
* Follow-up and inform field escalations, you will be the problem soler of supply gaps in import
* Get involved in building data-driven performance trackers and finding optimization opportunities in the supply chain
* Helping the team automate the supply chain process

What You'll Bring

* Enrolled in Higher Eduaction during the duration of the internship (for at least 2 more semesters)
* Level C1 in English (written & spoken), Chinese is a plus
* Preferably studying a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Logistics or Manufacturing/Process Engineering
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Strong Data Analytics Skills (Excel - Python and Sequel are a plus)
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
* Proactive work mentality
* Analytical mindset and problem-solving oriented, with a continuous focus on improvement
* A strong team player and excellent communication skills
