About the role

As a People Operations Intern, you'll get hands-on experience at the heart of our People team in Amsterdam. You'll support key HR processes, help keep our systems running smoothly, and be a go-to contact for employee questions. Along the way, you'll collaborate on exciting projects, improve how we work, and take ownership of your own tasks. It's a great opportunity to learn, grow, and make a real impact on the employee experience.

What you will do:

* Support day-to-day People Operations activities, including administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle and payroll-related tasks
* Maintain and update HR systems (Hibob) ensuring data accuracy through regular audits and checks
* Contribute to global People Team and Office projects and initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across regions
* Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring timely and helpful responses
* Assist in documenting, optimizing, and standardizing People processes
* Take ownership of smaller operational workflows to support smooth day-to-day team operations

What you bring:

* Currently studying Human Resources, Business, or a related field
* Fluent in English and a strong command of Dutch
* Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
* A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
* A collaborative communicator who enjoys working across teams
* Interest in People Operations and creating a positive employee experience
