As an HR intern you will get the opportunity to fully join our local team and support diverse HR activities. The focus will be in-depth work on HR administration. During this you will be given the chance to gain practical experience and take the initiative by contributing with your own skillsets.

You will make an impact in the following way:

* You actively seek out information and interact with colleagues to clarify regulations;

* You support the HR Officer in administrative tasks, like handling HR enquiries and payroll assistance;

* You help improve, digitize, and record HR processes and policies;

* You provide input to current projects such as an HR handbook and take on supporting tasks.

What you will bring:

* You are following an MBO education in Human Resources, Economics, Administration, or similar (preferably in Venlo). HBO and WO education are also possible.

* You are looking for a hands-on internship in which you can contribute to the HR team's work, for at least 3 months, starting February;

* You are curious, proactive and like to work together towards a concrete result;

* You communicate clearly and know how to easily collect the right information;

* You like to interact with colleagues in a collegial and professional team;

* You have a good command of Dutch and English.
