What you'll do

* Be involved in the development of Global Customer Service Experience strategies
* Contribute in CSX Customer Centricity projects
* Support the Global CSX management team with daily activities.

What makes you a good fit

* Bachelor or Master student who successfully completed intermediate exams
* Solid background in Business Studies with interest in Customer Service and Customer Experience topics
* Good communication & presentation skills
* Very good knowledge of the MS Office Package
* Excellent knowledge of English language
* Analytical, flexible and open minded
* Available for 6 months full time as of 1st of January, 2026.
