Your Task

We are looking for a motivated intern to support business analysis and leadership operations by contributing to reporting, requirement gathering, and communication materials, while assisting day-to-day management activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the generation and maintenance of operational reports
* Assist with the operation and monitoring of automated reporting workflows
* Manage data inputs from email attachments and SharePoint files
* Support report distribution (email outputs, SharePoint uploads, Power BI dashboards)
* Assist in analyzing business requirements
* Help document user needs and functional requirements for reporting solutions
* Contribute to improving existing reporting and automation processes

Additional Responsibilities

* Support internal team operations and leadership through communication materials and presentations
* Prepare reports, various analyses, and other related administrative tasks that enhance leadership efficiency (e.g., updating service offerings, generating timesheet reports, data collection)
* Support leadership in the organization and coordination of events

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Your Profile

We are looking for a motivated Business Analysis Intern who can support business analysis and leadership operations with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Must Have Skills

* Weekly availability of 20 hours across minimum 3 days a week
* Active full-time student status for at least 1 year
* Strong communication style
* Attention to detail
* Curiosity and willingness to learn
* Proactive approach: bringing ideas, asking questions
* Ability to work independently
* Strong user-level IT knowledge
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
* Experience in data analysis
* Ability to gather and document business requirements
* Fluent English (B2 level)
* German language skills (B2 level)

Nice to Have Skills

* Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge
* Microsoft Access knowledge
* Power BI knowledge
* Experience with service management frameworks
