Your Task

Our application management team is looking for a trainee colleague who is interested in business process support applications and would like to see the operation of a business application in practice. This role offers the opportunity to work in a young dynamic team with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

* Ensure the smooth operation of the application
* Monitor systems and start troubleshooting when errors are detected
* Diagnose and categorize incoming errors and problems
* Forward and track more complex issues
* Monitor and ensure compliance with the service level stipulated in the contract
* Maintain contact with operators
* Assist the Operation Manager
* Prepare documentation

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Your Profile

We are looking for a trainee colleague interested in business process support applications with strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical knowledge to support application management operations.

Must Have Skills

* Active, full-time student legal relationship for at least 1 more year
* Intermediate level of English
* Proactive problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently
* General knowledge of hardware and software
* Excellent communication skills orally and in writing
* Customer-oriented approach
* Good problem-detection skills
* Ability and proficiency in working in a team

Nice to Have Skills

* Knowledge of German
