Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Administration: Provide administrative support to the local People Services team. Support filling in documents, archiving processes, and preparing correspondence
* Documentation: Manage employee documentation
* Employee support: Interact and cooperate with employees to solve their inquiries
* Data maintenance: Support employee data maintenance (e.g. collect data information, register data changes, schedule organization for employee medical appointments)
* Process support: Provide support with other HR internal processes

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You are a proactive person who can establish successful cooperation within your team, to achieve individual and common goals. You are capable of structuring your work, taking responsibility and you have a good attention to detail.

* Education: Currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or an equivalent field
* Digital skills: Have a good command of MS Office tools
* Soft skills: Have strong administrative and organization skills
* Languages: Are fluent in English and Hungarian (both spoken and written form)
