Field Sales Admin Trainee
(Part-time, Location: Budapest, Hungary)

YOUR responsibilities as a Field Sales Admin Trainee will include (but not limited to):
* Daily review and validation of On-Shelf Availability (OSA) photo documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Monitoring OSA results and flagging discrepancies or missing information
* Identifying recurring issues in field photo documentation and escalating where needed
* Supporting the Field Sales team with OSA-related administrative and coordination tasks
* Maintaining OSA databases, ensuring all data and visuals are up to date and documented properly
* Assisting in monthly Field Sales Meetings by preparing OSA status updates and sharing key findings

We are looking for a Field Sales Admin Trainee with the following profile:
* Ongoing university studies in Economics, Business or related fields
* Active student status for at least 1 more year in Hungary
* Minimum 30-40 working hours/week availability
* Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, user-level knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
* Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, problem-solving capabilities
* Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Languages: fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
