The TikTok Affiliate Partner Team develops and executes innovative affiliate strategies for our partner brands. Create compelling content and optimize campaigns to drive conversions and achieve exceptional results as a TikTok Affiliate Partner. In particular, the e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment. The intern will help in conducting daily operational communication with TAP agencies, organize online and offline matchmaking activities, issue notices, assist in budget formulation and distribution Responsibilities 1. Maintain and cultivate the growth of TikTok Affiliate Partners Agencies & Sellers 2. Measure and conduct analysis of overall TikTok Affiliate Partners Performance. 3. Maintain good communication with external parties including Sellers, Agencies, & Creators. 4. Actively work and collaborate together with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve greater impact on the platform
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree students and above - Proven communication and presentation abilities. - Strong problem-solving skills with a user-driven mindset. - Creative and strong planning skills for online and offline campaigns. Must be enthusiastic, responsible, results-driven, and able to perform efficiently under pressure.
