About the Role

As our Business Sustainability Intern, you will support GoTo Group's ESG team across sustainability data management, reporting, and day-to-day initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to ESG practices, while helping you build core analytical, research, and coordination skills as we work toward responsible and long-term business impact.

What You Will Do

* Support the collection of sustainability-related data across business units for the upcoming sustainability report.
* Assist in reviewing, validating, and cross-checking data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
* Conduct research on sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices relevant to the business
* Help coordinate sustainability initiatives and track progress against objectives & goals that have been set.
* Support stakeholder engagement activities, including preparation of presentations and materials
* Maintain documentation and support day-to-day administrative tasks

What You Will Need

* Bachelor degree from a reputable university, with a strong interest in sustainability, ESG, or responsible business practices.
* Fluent in English, both verbal & written
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and high-growth organization
* Able to work well individually and as a team player

The ESG team works closely across the business to turn sustainability goals into practical, measurable actions. We balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive responsible and long-term impact across GoTo Group.
