IPU Silicon Engineering is seeking an experienced and organized student to provide high quality, reliable administrative support.
You will need to perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of individuals or groups.
Typical duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
* Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings and events,
* Manage calendar schedule,
* Coordinate and negotiate with other admins for complex meetings and international travel
* create and maintain confidential information
* Organize meetings and events
* track headcount, new employees integration and serve as an information resource
* communication channel for policies and procedures.
* Role requires to support 2 sites: Jerusalem and Petah-Tikva.

Qualifications:

* Currently Enrolled to a B.A. or M.A. Degree
* At least 4 semesters till graduation
* Experienced with Office application: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint - Advantage
* Excellent English written and Spoken
* Willingness to work one day a week from the Jerusalem office and one day a week from the Petach-Tikva office
* Available to work at least 3 to 4 days a week.
