We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Computer Engineering student from the Technion to join our Research and Development team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in low-level embedded software, system integration, and hardware verification using industry-standard Linux and EDA tools.
The candidate must be entering their final year of study, demonstrating a strong foundational understanding of computer architecture and digital logic.

Qualifications:

1. Academic Standing: Currently enrolled in Computer Engineering (or related) program, with one year remaining until graduation (i.e., expected graduation within 12-18 months).
2. Operating System Expertise: Strong proficiency in a Linux working environment. This includes advanced command-line usage, file system navigation, permissions management, and understanding shell environments (Bash).
3. Scripting and Automation: Proven experience in one or both major scripting languages for automation and data processing:
o Python: Intermediate skill level required for data manipulation, testing infrastructure development, and reporting.
o Perl: Working knowledge is beneficial for maintaining legacy scripts and complex text parsing tasks.
4. Hardware Description Languages (HDL): Foundational knowledge of Verilog (or System Verilog). Must be able to read and understand module definitions, state machines, and simulation testbenches.
5. Technical Communication: Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and verbal).
