Fund Selector Intern

We are seeking a Fund Selector Intern to join our fund selection team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, selecting, and monitoring liquid investment funds, working closely with portfolio managers and other internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of financial markets, excellent analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will support the team on the following activities:
* Analyze and score investment funds for client portfolios
* Monitor the performance of selected funds and recommend changes as needed
* Develop and maintain relationships with external counterparties
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations on selected funds and their performance
* Utilize financial analysis tools and software (MorningStar Direct, Bloomberg…) to support decision-making processes
* Stay updated on market trends and new investment products
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields. * Base knowledge of financial markets and investment products
* Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
* Proficiency in using Excel and financial analysis software
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. *Knowledge of fund industry and /or experience in fund selection will be appreciated
* Good command of English is mandatory as the team is dislocated across Europe
* Coding skills will be appreciated
* Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and/or other AI tools will be appreciated
* Problem solving, and entrepreneurship
* Ability to work under pressure
* Good presentation and communication skills
* Ability to work in team
